  My computed went down in our once every 5 year snow storm. Of course it was a weekend and without my computer I can't work. I was swamped with work so I got in touch with John on Sunday, told him how much I really needed to get this back up and running and he met me at his shop that day. So I left quite a bit of stuff there for him to fix, He must have worked non stop and within a few hours he had me back up and running, yet even more importantly, back to work. Let me just say also, after doing all this for me I would have been very happy to pay extra, however John acted as if this was just another day at work, no big deal and what I paid was basically next to nothing. I can't give John a high enough praise for coming in on his day off, quality of work and total cost. The only thing I would do different would give him 10 stars, however 5 is all they allow.   Every computer professional should have Crystal Coast Computers on speed dial. After a hard drive failure, John acted quickly to get me back up and running. He provided suggestions and support that was very helpful and he went out of his way to make sure that my setup was much better than before. Thanks John !!
